Our house is available for short term holiday rentals, and also longer term lets for those looking to rent whilst searching for property to buy. Please contact us separately to ask about longer term let prices.   We also offer flexibility on changeover days. (Beneficial for lower cost flights). Daily rates available on request. Bed linen and towels can be hired for 15 Euros per person, or you can opt to bring your own. The property is cleaned and bed linen/towels (if you hire them) changed prior to arrival.

January to March: 285 pounds (340 Euros)
April to May: 345 pounds (415 Euros)
June: 395 pounds (475 Euros)
July to August: 475 pounds (570 Euros)
September: 375 pounds (450 Euros)
October: 345 pounds (415 Euros)
November to December: 285 pounds (340 Euros)
Christmas & New Year - 375 pounds (450 Euros)

We can offer discounts for 2 week rentals and are also open to long term lets, from 1 up to 6 months - please enquire for further details on this. 

Prices are for the property per week. Cleaning is Euros 60 in addition.  We require a deposit of 150 pounds (225 Euros) per week, by cheque to be received when you book, which will be returned to you after departure and inspection.  The full amount needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.  Cleaning to be paid upon arrival, as well as linen hire if you choose this option.
