We enclose a cheque for          pounds (Euros) as our deposit payment.  Cheques should be made payable to Victoria Kornevall

We agree that in case of cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if the house is re-let (as long as the property is re-let at the same conditions).  We agree to send the full amount of rental due, 6 weeks prior to arrival.  We also agree to be adequately covered by holiday insurance in case of accidents, as the owners cannot be held responsible for anything beyond their control.
